Apply to register as a British citizen if you are stateless
Use this form if you are a stateless person (not recognised as a national of any country) and want to register as a British citizen (this covers forms S1, S2 and S3).
You cannot apply online if you live in the Channel Islands, on the Isle of Man or in a British Overseas Territory. You should apply using the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, British Overseas Territory form S1, S2, S3

How long it takes you to complete the application will depend on your particular circumstances. You will be able to save your application and come back to it at another time if you need to.
If you are inactive for 25 minutes you will be automatically logged out.
