Apply to settle or extend your leave in the UK – Turkish ECAA categories only

A European Communities Association Agreement (ECAA) Worker is a Turkish person who is employed by someone else and was last granted leave to do so under the ECAA category.

An ECAA Business Person is a Turkish person who is self-employed (such as a sole trader or director of a limited company) or runs a business in partnership, and was last granted leave to do so under the ECAA category.

Use this form to apply for:

• indefinite leave to remain in the UK, as an ECAA Worker
• indefinite leave to remain in the UK, as an ECAA Business Person
• indefinite leave to remain in the UK, as the partner or child of an ECAA Worker or ECAA Business Person
• further leave to remain in the UK, as the partner of an ECAA Worker or ECAA Business Person without 5 continuous years of leave in the UK, under Appendix ECAA

This application includes an application for a biometric residence permit (BRP).

How long it takes you to complete the application will depend on your particular circumstances. You will be able to save your application and come back to it at another time if you need to.

If you are inactive for 25 minutes you will be automatically logged out.

Biometric information

As part of the application process, you are also required to apply for a biometric immigration document, commonly known as a biometric residence permit (BRP).
