A European Communities Association Agreement (ECAA) Worker is a Turkish person who is employed by someone else and was last granted leave to do so under the ECAA category.

An ECAA Business Person is a Turkish person who is self-employed (such as a sole trader or director of a limited company) or runs a business in partnership, and was last granted leave to do so under the ECAA category.

This application includes an application for a biometric residence permit (BRP).

How long it takes you to complete the application will depend on your particular circumstances. You will be able to save your application and come back to it at another time if you need to.

As part of the application process, you are also required to apply for a biometric immigration document, commonly known as a biometric residence permit (BRP).
