Replace a paper immigration document with an eVisa
Use this form if you are in the UK and want to:
- replace your paper immigration document (for example, a Form for Affixing a Visa (FAV), passport stamp, passport sticker or vignette in a current or expired passport) with an eVisa
- update your personal details and cannot do so on your UK Visa and Immigration account
You can no longer use this form to update or replace your existing biometric residence permit (BRP) or biometric residence card (BRC).
If your BRP or BRC has been lost, stolen or damaged, read the eVisa guidance or the UK residence cards guidance to understand what to do next.
If you need to change or update personal details, you can do this by updating your details in your UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI) account.
If your permission has lapsed while you have been overseas, do not use this form. Instead, you may be able to apply for a Returning Resident visa.
I cannot update my personal details using my UKVI account
If you are unable to update your personal details on your UKVI account because you have lost access, you can get help to recover access to your UKVI account.
