When to apply
You can apply if you think there has been an error in your application decision:
If you are not eligible for a review, you may have a right of appeal.
If you do, your decision letter will tell you so.

You must apply within the timeline on your decision letter.
What you pay
You will pay £80 for each review. This application is free if:
You can apply again for free under the EU Settlement Scheme, if you have new evidence to give us.
Reviews for family groups
If your application was as a family group, with a main applicant and dependants applying at the same time, you can apply for a review for the whole group. If you apply for a review of your application decision as a family group, it will cost you £80.
Evidence
The application form will tell you if you can give us new evidence for review. If you are giving us new evidence, you must do so within 10 working days of applying online. If you do not do this, your application for review may be refused.
What happens after the review
You can only apply for a decision to be reviewed once. If you get a new decision after your review, or the decision is the same but based on new reasons, you may be able to apply for a review of the new decision.
