Armed forces subject to immigration control and dependants, international civilian employees, HM Armed Forces service leaver or a bereaved family member of certain Armed Forces

Apply to come to the UK as:

Armed Forces subject to immigration control (this is also known as course F) and dependants
bereaved family member of someone who was a member of HM Armed Forces under appendix HM Armed Forces
former HM Armed Forces
former Gurkha or Hong Kong military unit veteran discharged before 1997
international civilian employee (NATO forces or the Australian defence department)
widow of a former Gurkha or Hong Kong military unit veteran discharged before 1997

Other work visas for the UK (non points-based working visas)

Apply to work in the UK as:

an airline employee
a continental shelf worker
a representative of an overseas business
a sheep shearer
Service Providers based in Switzerland and working for an eligible company (or eligible self employed Swiss nationals based in Switzerland)

Return to the UK if you:

were removed, deported or left the UK and have won an appeal against an immigration decision made by the Home Office, or
were last granted permission as a partner under the family or Armed Forces route (for example Appendix FM, Appendix AF, Appendix Family Life: Partner) or a partner of a person with refugee status and are seeking to return to the UK as:
- a victim of domestic abuse who has been abandoned outside the UK; or
- a child of a person who is a victim of domestic abuse who has been abandoned outside the UK.
